I used different brands of CLA before this one has the highest strength and I could see the results within few weeks.

These capsules are so much bigger than the ones from my Protein and they're also really hard. They're actually painful to swallow. You're suppose to take 3 a day but hurts a lot.. I liked the higher dosage of them but the thickness makes it very difficult to take. I've provided some photos for size difference compare to my other supplements, this CLA is compared to the sizes of other CLA I have and a carb blocker (regular size capsule) as you can see this CLA is massive in comparison.

I like the fact that I only need to take 3 of these capsules to get the same amount of supplement as the 8 capsules that I was taking. They are not difficult to swallow and see to be doing the job I got them for.

I tried other brands and this is the best one so far. It feels natural and not synthetic like all the others. I will carry on taking it as my visceral fat is level 20. Obviously I do exercises too and I don't eat white and processed stuff, only whole foods.

Las compré porque me pareció un precio bastante asequible para lo que suele ser este tipo de producto, y además que la marca la conozco y siempre me ha ido bien en otros productos de la misma. En este caso cogí estas cápsulas porque prometen reducir el apetito y trabaja en el metabolismo, y por ahora tengo que decir que funcionan. Noto que cuando las tomo antes de comer, luego no tengo esa sensación de hambre, y por las tardes me siento saciada y no tengo ansiedad por comer. Así que creo que son muy recomendables. Lo que sí me habria gustado es que fueran más pequeñas porque son enormes para ser unas pastillas, y como el producto es líquido no se pueden partir por la mitad. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.
