Will this work on an aftermarket unit with navigation

This is the antenna that the auto radio installer told me to buy. I have aftermarket radio. GPS navigation and all radio bands work well. Check with an installer before you order.

Will this work for 2014-2018 Silverado??

I connected mine to a Pioneer AVIC 5000NEX. I'm not sure if the factory head unit has the same connection.

Will this work with pioneer avicz120bt headunit? And how well?
