Excellent device!
I found the Laser-Putt by researching similar items on Amazon. I had an idea in mind of how I wanted a laser training aid for my putting. The Laser-Putt looked like it would do the job I wanted. The product was also the highest rated unit I found. I ordered a unit to investigate further. My package arrived several days sooner than expected which was very nice. Over the past two days, I've become acquainted with my laser-putt. To this point, I feel the laser-putt is an excellent training aid, it does exactly what I was hoping for and more. Discovering the red dot feature was an added bonus that I like very much. It's a good product and I have already recommended it to friends of mine. Good job Laser-Putt ! -Doug Ingram In addition, the company "laser putt" reached out to me via email. Robert followed up on my purchase - good customer service and a nice touch. So to review: • Excellent device • Acceptable build quality • YouTube video instructions • Great customer service If you care about your golf game and if you are smart… Then don't cheap out - get this gizmo/gadget.

Very revealing, accurate training aid
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this product is. It won't really diagnose what it is you're doing wrong, but it will show you what you're doing wrong. In my case, I was taking the putter back too far inside, fanning it open and then leaving it open through impact. This was more helpful to me than the putting mirrors I've used before. The reason I knocked a star off is that I do find I need to align it fairly regularly. No more than 10 putts at a time before it requires an alignment check. I went on an absolute putting tear for about 2 weeks after I drilled with the laser putt. Then I started to slip a little when I went away from it for a couple of weeks. Like most everything golf, you eventually trend back towards your old habits if you don't regularly maintain things. Oh and don't plan on using this after 7 a.m. or before 8 p.m. outdoors in the summer. I don't know who says you can use this outdoors, but I get out pretty early and it's barely visible. I use it indoors on my artificial putting mat and it's great, especially with a chalk line.

Is NOT the miracle you are looking for!
I cannot believe I was foolish enough to purchase this! While on the club, the laser doesn't even extend the line so my daughter can't see if the ball is following the correct line or not. When I took it off the club and held it, I could then get a longer line for her to follow but it was not my intent to be chasing her around with a laser. The reason I bought it was so she could have a tool that she could use herself. I strongly urge anyone considering this item not to waste their money!

An Outstanding Laser putt aid
I purchased this laser aid just after Xmas 2013, to use in my family room for pratice during the winter. I found it to be an outstanding training aid. The way it works is with the included guide and a green laser for indoor practice. The attachment was very easy to put on my putter and I especially like that it took 2 XXX batterys. I practiced about 1 hour every other day at home. I fould it definitely improved my stroke, so that I take my putter more forward and backward on line and square. I have yet to use the red laser, which is more for distance control, as it has snowed too much in my part of the county, and most pratice green are either wet or still have snow on them. The use cost about $150, but well worth the money, if putting is you downfall.

OK, could be better.
Works OK.why didn't they use a stiffer plastic guide?

Great Putting Trainer!!
I was a so so putter for 30 years without a clue how to putt better or more consistently. And now for the first time I can see why; held the putter too tight, closed stance, poor body alignment, inconsistent ball striking (all over the face), not square at contact (push and pull). But within 15 minutes of working with the Laser Putt I was draining 8 foot putts one after another. It took a couple hours to be able to use my putter to get the same results without the putting aid laser turned on. But now putting is fun for the first time in quite a while. I'm thinking of taking it out on the course (and yes, I know it's not within the USGA rules). If you want to learn how to putt, this is the best tool out there.
