My Peanut Ring brings all the squirrels to the yard
This thing is awesome, the birds like it and the squirrels absolutely LOVE it. I've got so many squirrels coming to eat everyday that I had to buy another one! I also ordered one for my parents. So I've bought 3 and may eventually buy more. It's super easy to fill and VERY durable. I know it's durable because I've got several big fat raccoons that come by every night who grab it and empty it out on the ground to grab all the peanuts. They've not messed it up yet and they give it a beating!

Fun for squirrels and birds
The media could not be loaded. Hubby and I have enjoyed watching the wildlife as they find fun and unique ways to secure a peanut snack - from scaling the rope, jumping from a chair or flying right to the wreath. It doesn’t keep the squirrels completely away from the bird feeder but it does give them something they enjoy a bit more. We only use wildlife peanuts (salt free), also sold here on Amazon.

Year long entertainment!
So entertaining right outside the kitchen window! Be prepared to fill every day, because the squirrels will empty it. They compete with the Blue Jays and Cardinals, and chipmunks taking turns at it.

This is a great feeder.
I bought this lovely feeder because I saw one like it in “bird and bloom” magazine. It arrived promptly and with eager anticipation of seeing blue jays and wood peckers taking peanuts from it I hung it in a cedar tree on a branch I though too difficult for squirrels to get. Oh silly me! I have squirrels in biblical proportions on my property. While I was annoyed by the idea of them getting to the feeder I did enjoy the Cirque de soleil acrobatics the squirrels performed to get to the feeder. Within a few hours the bag of peanuts were gone. But some must have fallen because cardinals and chickadees were stationed below!

Great for bird watching
I live in a woods and have a lot of different types of birds. Thw blue Jay's love to snack on the peanuts, but the loveliest surprise is the woodpeckers also coming in for a tasty treat. They peck holes in the peanut shells and eat the peanuts. It's a delight to watch. Highly recommend.

Attacts ALL Woodpeckers!
We have all sorts of woodpeckers: pileated, downy, redhead, etc. and this ring of peanuts attracts all of them. We have hung ours up with our other 9 feeders and enjoy watching the action. It may take a while before your feathered friends realize you hung this, but once they do, you will be reloading quite often. What I like about this design is that the birds can get to all the peanuts as the old once slide to the bottom or fall out. Great for kids and grandkids to watch!

LOVE this!
I love to attract Stellar's Jays to my ya d with peanuts. They really love this and it keeps them busy. They stay away from the bird feeders for smaller birds, so it's a win-win.

Great Feeder
When I made up my mind to switch out my platform feeder I ordered this peanut feeder and it arrived quickly. I needed a way to offer peanuts for the birds that the crows and grackles couldn't get into. I was a little worried that the peanuts would fall out on the ground but they don't and the birds have figured out how to get the peanuts out. It's a well built product.
