Wireless Mouse, MCHEETA 2.4G Laptop Portable Silent Mouse, Slim Optical Quiet USB Mice for Computer, PC, Notebook, Chromebook, MacBook Pro/Air,(Blue)

I bought the mouse (M-CHEETA) from Amazon. When I received it I thought it was strange that it came in a little box, WITHOUT THE BATTERIES, with no instructions an it looked like "used" or "refurbished" . when I plugged the USB to the computer's port, immediately my computer went black and started like sending an alarm sign beeping continuously, I re-tried and nothing, finally I unplugged the computer waited for 5 minutes and it re-started. The computer started to work again once I disconnected the mouse USB. I believe the company M-Cheeta sent me an used mouse, or refurbished when I purchased and paid for one "NEW". I do not recommend to buy this item from the already mentioned company M-Cheeta. It almost ruined my computer. I had to give one star because they did not give the option of "0" stars.

I bought this to replace my corded version, which had gotten banged up over time and needed replacing. I decided on the corded model previously so I never had to worry about a battery dying, or having any lag in mouse movement. I'm glad I decided to give this a try based on the prior reviews. Connecting it took no effort, as it was literally plug and play without having to go through any pairing process. It is just as responsive as the corded version, and I haven't noticed any lags or random pointer movement.

I got it yesterday. I opened the battery compartment and found the USB dongle. Mine was rather lose, so if the battery door were to fall for some reason, it would probably fall, but since it is inside the battery compartment the door keeps it in place. I just mention it because if you store it there and open it on a plane and are not careful, I can see how it can fall off and on your knees you go to try to find it on that nasty airplane floor, last thing you want to do in the middle of the night in an overnight flight, right? I plugged it in, waited 5 seconds and the mouse started working right away. I've tried it on 2 other computers and same performance. It is smooth and works fine. The roller works fine too, it seems of decent quality, definitively great for the price. I'll update if I have any problems, so if you don't see an update it means it is still going. My daughter loved the color, which was the main reason to get this one over other similar choices.

Great mouse overall! I bought many of the Amazon Basic wired mice in the past, which I love, but needed a wireless one as well, so purchased this. This mouse has been PLUG AND PLAY from the start on my Windows 10 laptop, as drivers installed quickly without issues. Actually using it currently with my laptop as I write this review. Feels great in my hand, even after hours of continuous use. Requires two AAA batteries (note: batteries NOT included). This has lasted for a little over a year now without any issues despite dropping it multiple times from couch or standing height. Design is great too in terms of the USB receiver fitting inside the mouse next to the battery chamber. Additionally, having 3 DPI levels is nice, especially for the price which was among the lowest in terms of wireless mice (~$7). This mouse is so slightly smaller than the average size mouse but despite having above average size hands, I've had no issues with it and it's been comfortable to use. I would def recommend this mouse and buy again if needed!

I just received this mouse today and I will update this as I can, but as it stands; This mouse is decent for the price.I was worried how cheap it would be for the price - I'm use to spending a good chunk on my gaming mice. I'll be honest, I got this to bring to my office so I would be able to have something fun at my desk. I needed something that did not have a driver since I can't install any external programs, and one of the color options is purple. Win.It is a little larger, but it's very comfortable. The surface is smooth as well, too and I like the weight. I'm also pretty impressed with the chrome pieces, I was expecting them to feel more plasticy than they do.On my mouse, the wheel is a little off center and the color rotation is a little off. When on the Pink and Purple cycle, the upper left group of lights are actually blue... Which to be honest, I think looks pretty cool, so I'm not really complaining. But, I don't believe that is how it is meant to be. When in red, that same grouping actually has no light. When in blue, there is no problem.Default mode on my mouse is blue and when you press the DPI button once, it will start pulsing. In this mode, the wheel can be used to scroll up or down on your pages and the back and forward buttons act as your back and next arrows on your web browser.When you follow the instructions in the item description and hold the DPI button for 5 seconds to switch to the solid state, the forward and back buttons don't function and the wheel controls the audio... Which is not something I want to do.I also received the instructions to a wireless mouse, which this is not. But, they have good guest service, so far. They responded to my email within 30 minutes and will be sending me the correct one right away. I may be able to fix the wheel concern that I have once I get it and if I do I will (try to) update this review. I kind of hope it does, because I actually do like the unintentional multi color.They didn't address the other concerns, however. BUT, I may have not been clear on that, though, and sent another email a little bit ago to try and explain my concern a little better.I'll try to keep you all posted, but I'll be honest, I am forgetful.

The mouse connects quickly, is plug and play, and is very quite on clicking, but has a nice feel to it. The issues come after its connected to the computer. There is constant jumping of the cursor. Disconnecting over and over again (must remove batteries to reconnect and is a pain). just all in all an inferior mouse. Save up and get a better quality mouse. I need something more reliable, and this isnt it.
