8/12/21 Update: I have to give Mobihome more kudos than I originally did. The material on the tent floor feels like tarp and is quite durable. Compared to another brand I bought to fit more people in, I found that the tent floor for that is the pretty much the same lightweight material as the walls. Also, the other brand insists that removing the ropes to assist you with locking the hub is an "upgrade"... It's not. If I were to choose, I'd be more comfortable with Mobihome's accessibility and overall durability.I wish I knew about this earlier. I never considered that tent design, camping, beach, or otherwise, would evolve into a state where setting up and taking down is a quick, no-nonsense process. But I'm glad to know these are around now. This alone has sparked ideas about camping that I would never consider otherwise.So why this beach tent brand in particular? On Amazon, this is the best size and price point for the solo beachgoer that has that "instant pop up" design. This is advertised to fit at least one more person inside, but good luck trying to find space to store your items. The same goes for the larger beach tents that claim to fit a whole family; they technically can, but they can fit little else.I can't wait to bring this to my weekend trips. I will no longer have to worry about covering my face like a turtle from the wind, sand, and sun.

It was a good product and east to set up but a little smaller than I thought it would be. I can only fit myself in there

Easy to use. Quick set up and take down. Carrying bag makes it easy to transport. Extremely light weight. Perfect for our family outings at the lake. We love it.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I bought the XL size and it is pretty spacious for 2 people. I usually put a couple of bags + a small cooler inside the tent and still have a lot of room to relax. The built is ok and way too expensive for the price tag! The rods are made of plastic so be careful when you unfold the whole structure. Setting up is easy and can be done within 2-5 minutes. Breaking it down and folding it neatly is more challenging than the setting up process. The tent itself holds up well with ocean breezes. You can anchor the tent down with provided plastic rods. The fabric is standard, but I am not sure if it actually shields you from harmful UV light as advertised so I recommend putting on sunscreen for personal protection. Please note that the tent doesn't completely cover you from the sun, part of your legs will be out in the sun. In addition, this tent doesn't provide a lot of pockets for storage inside the tent as other competitors do. Overall, I enjoy using it at the beach but it is way too expensive for mediocre quality. There are definitely rooms for improvement and would love to see them improve their products in the future.

Definitely the perfect beach tent. Lightweight and extremely easy to set up (literally a minute or less) and breakdown is easy as well. The 2-3 person one is so big; I almost thought they sent me the wrong size. I bought it while it was on sale (huge discount) but for the quality and ease of use, I’d still pay full price for it and recommend it to others.

My wife is very pale and requested I find something to keep her out of the sun at the beach. I ordered the 3-4 person size of this tent and it works great. My wife unexpectedly stuck our chairs inside and they barely fit. If I had thought about putting the chairs inside I would have ordered the next size larger. If you are taller than 5'10 then your head might hit the top of the tent while seated in a chair. Tent is easy to put up and take down.

We love this tent shelter! Super easy to set up and break down, and very lightweight. Doesn't take up much room in the car. We recently took it on a weekend trip to the coast and we're able to enjoy the beach for hours while being protected from the sun. The anchors worked well. The bright orange color made it always easy to find from across the beach. Be sure to have the opening of the tent facing downwind to prevent any unnecessary strain on the poles and anchors. We plan to use it for summer outings/music in the park/picnics, too!

This tent was awesome! It literally goes up and ready to use in less than 5 minutes. It has ample space and the flaps go up and down easily to allow more or less sun. Even with the wind that day, it stayed in place really well and was a breeze to close up as well. Definitely super happy with this purchase!
