Can anyone tell me why this product could not be shipped to Hawaii, very disappointed and makes no sense at all?

Yup, that does seem weird. All I can say is try and get an explanation from UPS or the Post office ( USPS ) It can be quite frustrating to deal with them for overseas business. Once I gave up, but they didn't tell me they were still working on it, and they got back to me a few days later LOL !

can i put this glasses in the freezer with icacreram or some mouss? and what about hot drinks like a latte?

I have not tried either of your suggestions. As for cold I do not think it would be a problem. Thermal shock is another issue. I would put hot water in glass and dumping out before making latte. Glasses are thick and heavy and could crack from thermal shock.
