A little goes a looooooong way. I apply it with my finger and it gives a beautiful gold tone to brass objects , picture frames, just about anything that you want to highlight. Easily washes off of my fingers. I actually went all over the house looking for things that I could use this on. Really a good purchase.

I had two frames for my bathroom that were a brassy gold color, I wanted to paint them in Old Silver to match better with the brushed Nickel hardware. I returned the first order because I assumed the wrong color was delivered. It seemed clearly very gold. I re-ordered and got the same color. I figured I would give it a try. It didn’t dry as gold as it appeared when you opened the paint container, but it’s definitely NOT silver. in the first picture, you can see my partially painted frame how it is a very brassy gold and changes to neutral champagne. The paint is extremely thick. I could hold the paint pot upside down, and it wouldn’t come out. If you have a frame or something, you’re painting where you want to smooth out some rough edges or dinks, you could easily do it with this paint. It’s a little harder to get a smooth coat on a very clean, smooth edge. Of my two frames was a little too ornate, and the thickness of the paint helped to calm it down a bit. My other frame had a smooth exterior, so it was a bit hard to give it a super clean look. But I really do like the quality and the feel and the coloring. It doesn’t have a fake kind of look.

I did a lot of reading looking for the right kind of viscosity for my art. I have a few gold paints and varnishes, but inka gold is a little bit of every effect i wanted. It doesn't run, if you rub it it gets shinier seals hard after a while and you can add a thin layer of chalk paint wax. For my table, I wanted something to make a nice stencil for my feature area on my table. It firmed up after 10 minutes and has been holding up very well, no chips or cracks. This was so majestic! Performed so well. Made some other art project with this but it truly made this table look amazing. My new holy grail.

Some of the plaster in this antique frame was coming off. Used this to cover over the frame and conceal these areas. Used my finger to put on and a small brush for some areas. It was very easy - took less than 20 minutes to apply. Product is creamy in texture. Washes off with soap and water. Very pleased. Dries quickly on this anyways. Took off one point because the Old Gold color was brighter than I would have thought for the name, but it turned out good. Glad I bought it. A little goes a long way so I thought the price was worth it. Arrived one day early too.

The color of this is STUNNING. It's very easy to use and a HUGE value

I bought this for a very specific purpose which was blending in areas of repaired solder (I think that’s the name for it) in an antique stained glass piece that I recently purchased. It worked shockingly well and blended perfectly with the existing older solder (I’ll include before and after pictures). The consistency was very easy to work with (I used a small brush). It worked beautifully for my purpose and I assume it will for many other applications, as well.

Zunächst eine Entschuldigung an Alle, die sich mit Farben WIRKLICH auskennen, das tue ich nicht. Deshalb nutze ich vermutlich komplett falsche Worte. Es sind die Worte eines absoluten Laien. Trotzdem darf ich hier ja meine Rezension schreiben, was ich hiermit tue. Ich liebe diese Farben von VivaDecor Inka Gold, weil sie eine unglaubliche Farbdichte (also scheinbar viele Pigmente) beinhaltet, somit eine hohe Deckkraft hat, es wunderschöne Farbtöne sind und sie eine so dicke Konsistenz hat. Für mich als Laie einziges Problem: sie trocknen aus. Aber wenn man das weiß, kann man sich darauf einstellen.
