Perfect and exactly what I was looking for.

I wanted to replace leaky hozelock connectors. This had good reviews so I gave it a try. It works very well and more sturdy than the items it replaced. You will need PTFE tape (the white plumber tape) to ensure a water tight fit with your tap.

My daughter in law uses the outside hose to wash her large dog after muddy walks in the countryside. During the last cold snap the whole thing froze up and expanded to split the plastic connector. So I bought this set as a replacement and she was delighted. Our grandson fitted it and it's been great ever since. Excellent value for money.

Had to return didn't fit my old outside tap

Had to buy this as the tap connector with the set of fittings I bought only came with the 3/4"BSP connector and I could not find just a 3/4"BSP to 1/2"BSP reducer at better price than buying this connector package. The adaptor element works fine but I have not used the actual connector so cannot comment further

Decent product - fits on the outside tap well and there’s no leaking between the tap and this fitting, or between this fitting and the hose. Went for this after the last two plastic connectors I had had broken after a couple of years use. I’ve only had this for a few weeks so can’t vouch for its longevity but it should be good being metal.

Does exactly what is expected. Bought brass as longer lasting than the plastic ones that come with the hoses.

I have been in market for a garden hose tap adaptor that will fit Gardena quick release to garden tap which surprisingly very difficult to find. this adaptor came with the two parts I took out the first part and second part was wide enough to fit and there is no leak. my garden tap is a typical size
