Dear customer,
thank you very much for your question. Usually the tape is not pre-applied but comes with the magnetic knife bar in the carton packaging.
Sometimes it can happen that the knife bar comes out quit easily but the tape gets stuck inside the carton.

Please have a look inside the packaging if there is a 3M duct tape. If not I have to apologize - in this case please write us an email at support@CUCINO.eu and we will sort this issue out.

Can the adhesive strip work a glass splashback or wall finished with an emulsion paint?

Dear customer,
the 3M adhesive tape can handle glass without any problems.
Unfortunately we would not guarantee to hold on a wall finished with an emulsion paint.

Please make sure that either way you are cleaning the surface properly with cleaning alcohol. (Vodka with water is also an alternitive).

Does the adhesive strip for the cucino magnetic knife rack stick to tiles?

yes absolutely. The included 3M VHB strip sticks perfectly to tiles.
Please keep in mind to clean the tiles in advance with some cleaning alcohol (no desinfect or kitchen soap) to get the maximum strength of the adhesive tape.

Will it stick to fridge?

The version marked "FRIDGE" has powerful magnets on both sides, front and back. The standard versions are only magnetic on the knives side. These come with adhesive double-sided tape as well as screws and rawlplugs for a choice of fitting. The magnet is extremely powerful, but test your knives before buying, as some cheaper knives won't stick to a magnet.
