Malco DK6S Double-Sided Smooth and Serrated Duct Knife

Best ever knife! best I ever got off Amazon! and I have bought alot! that kinife is super sharp the serrated blade is the sharpest I ever had out of the box. It's not just for cutting batton it will cut almost anything! If I had to have only one knife for any and everything including some of those pricey EDC one's this is it.

Excellent knife, stays on my tool belt

Got this as a less expensive and more durable alternative to the trendy Hori Hori knives used in gardening. Use for cutting turf, slicing roots, weeding, splitting perennial clumps, planting bulbs, cutting ties and wire and other garden tasks. Works great in that application. Whenever I go out into the garden I have this strapped on.

Great quality construction, comfortable handle, both blades are super sharp! The ball bearing in the handle is odd, but weirdly comfortable when handling, who knew?! I use this to cut duct liner, flex duct, and have used it to cut weather insulation (duct wrap) as well. Works great and stays sharp. The belt loop on the sheath does fit through a 3” tool belt so that’s a huge plus! Overall great product! I was hesitant at first to get this knife, because why do I need it? I have plenty other knives that work just fine. Get this knife! I wish I would’ve gotten it sooner!

Great knife for a good price. Cuts through flex duct with ease and easy to sharpen. Most guys I work with use klein which is heavier and does not hold an edge as well. However Malco could take a lesson from Klenk or even Milwaukee and provide a better sheath. Mine is basically nothing but duct tape at this point.

It Is ok but dont imagine getting à knife for your collection, steel Is so so

Knife design is ok. The jagged edge is effective, the straight edge is well sharpened, This is not a full tang knife. Handle is hard plastic and is very slippery. Not a great deal. I will not buy again. After 3 weeks of use, the rubber on the handle is peeling off. There are far better alternatives.
