I RECEIVED THE BLACKBERRY Q5 TODAY AND THOUGHT I COULD GET A TMOBILE SIM CARD AND INSERT IT AND BOOM I WOULD BE UP AND RUNNING BUT WAS WRONG, ITS STILL UNDER AT&T NETWORK AND UNLOCKING THE PHONE IS SAID TO BE DONE ON MY OWN WHICH MEANS THIS PHONE WILL BE SHIPPED BACK

Great phone
I bought this as a gift for my bff and omg she can't stop telling me how much she loves it. She previously owned a BlackBerry Curve, she's been so excited trying out the different features. So I'm happy she's happy.
