First of all, these were very well packed. No concerns about breakage. The detail is on point. They are very sturdy. I have no concern about my cats pushing them off a shelf. They are beautiful and not gaudy or tacky.

Great quality on these bookends, they are heavy enough to do the job (though not as heavy as some other bookends I have). I use them for my Harry Potter book set and they look great! Very satisfied

So much better than expected. They are HEAVY (hence my negative "light weight" part of the review (meaning They're VERY Heavy and GREAT! Super well packed and they arrived in time for Valentine's Day so I scored really HIGH with the wife! I had purchased some much cheaper ones earlier and there is absolutely NO comparison! I, and my wife, are BEYOND HAPPY!

I have looked at buying these for a long time. They are very sturdy and are perfect for all 7 books (or 11 if you include the play, Beedle the Bard, Quidditch through Ages and Hogwarts a History). Glad I bought them. They are a perfect way to highlight my collection.

Was worried by some reviews lamenting the shipping & packaging but my order was shipped by Amazon and came intact with a sturdy box. This is so timeless and looks best with just a few books in between to show off the literary moment. LOVE!!!

This is really detailed and adorable. It is strong enough to hold even hardback books. Too bad it came with the cart handle detached. Don't think it is worth returning so will glue it. Good thing it is for myself and not a gift.
