Excellent performance, room to improve
I bought this to replace another Uncle Mike's that was about 7 years old. I love these things. The exterior material is very grippy, helps it stay in place. The interior has a little padding and slippery fabric that ensures a fast draw. The clip is a slightly flexible plastic that after 7 years had no wear at all.Why did I need a new holster? There's my first minor suggestion for improvement. The interior material eventually gets chewed up after years of holstering/upholstering by the sharp corners of the sights. A strip of vinyl or something might cure that. The other issue is the retention strap. It holds the gun in really well, but does add time to your draw. I'm convinced there's a better method that would release the gun as you grip it, but without having a huge button system on the trigger guard like others. Those things print more than Zondervan. All that said, there's no perfect holster and this one is an excellent value. Not the last Uncle Mike's I'll buy. Would absolutely recommend it.

Poly protector .38. Size 0.
Fits my poly protector .38 very well. Is comfortable material and joy to carry. I will make this comment to address some of the comments on the plastic clip. Firstly this is a $14 holster. It's designed to add little bulk and LITTLE WEIGHT. Which it succeeds in doing. Secondly look at the clip. It is flared on the outside of the clip as well as the inside. Meaning it is designed to also be secured by your belt. Clip it on your pants and your belt can also go over the clip securing it more. Again to provide a smaller print a.k.a. conceal. The holster doesn't draw with the gun if you utilize the holster design the way it is intended. With the velcro strap still over the weapon? Yes. You're expected to unsecure the velcro first. No differently than having to unsnap a leather holster before you draw. You can cut the velcro strap to your desired length. It is overly long for that reason. I cut mine to the minimum length just enough to keep it from falling out and when secured with my belt I can draw the gun without first having to pull the velcro restraint.

Perfect for My Springfield XDS
I had been looking for an IWB holster for my XDS 3.3 and I picked up several. My wife had a Glock 26 and this was listed as a fit for that as well so I grabbed this one knowing I could give it to her if it didn't work for me.She doesn't get it...it fits my XDS with the Crimson Trace Laser perfectly. It is a nice no-bulk holster for a great IWB tuck. It comes with an excess of strap so I cut mine down (might even cut it off entirely) to fit the gun better and make less bulk to avoid printing. The only slight negative would be that the clip is a bit weak, but I have practiced with it and it doesn't seem to be an issue. So if you are in need of an IWB Holster for you XDS, this is a perfect option.

I did have a hard time finding a comfortable position with it but I think that's a couple ...
Fits my Taurus 85 perfectly. The top strap is a little loose but something I can still work with. I did have a hard time finding a comfortable position with it but I think that's a couple factors. 1) I'm simply not used to it and 2) for some reason my waistband seems to be getting tighter. (I blame my wife and her laundry skills) But besides all the, the gun releases and resets in the holster cleanly and smooth. No snagging with any part of the gun including the hammer. SO once my waistband loosens up again, this will be my EDC holster for sure.

Great fist time IWB holster.
First attempt at IWB holster. It gets one into the feel and concept of IWB for very little money. The only problem with flexible nylon is once you draw your pistol, it takes a little time to open and reposition the pistol. When I wear this rig, this not a problem. If I have to draw my pistol for any perceived threat, I will only be thinking about the draw, not how easy (or not) it is to put the weapon back in its holster.I may someday buy a Kydex holster, but is will be much more money.

Not a fit for public defender
Nice holster, soft material and seems to be good quality but it doesn't fit a Taurus Public Defender like I was hoping it might.

Well priced, great buy.
A great holster for the price. I was looking some something inexpensive to keep my Sig P229 secured when stored or during carry and this item exceeded the expectations. It's well known that IWB holsters can be uncomfortable during regular carry and I haven't started carrying continuously, so i will address that in an update. For infrequent IWB carry, it has served well. The holster releases smoothly and fastens securely on my belt. The build is done with quality synthetic materials and stitching appears flawless. The velcro safety strap felt a bit cumbersome but I think that is because I am used to a fastener or swivel loop system. Not a big enough issue that a few draw exercises can't correct. I will buy from this manufacturer again.
