U.S. Divers Adult Icon Mask/Seabreeze Snorkel/Proflex Open Heel Fins/Gearbag

Purchased for teenage son and squeezed into suitcase (with some inconvenience, I might add) to take to Belize.A total waste of money and effort. The fins broke while we were out on the boat : son would not have been able to dive if scuba instructor had not happened to have an extra pair. The mask broke the next day as he put it on for a snorkeling excursion.in both cases, it was the plastic fastener that broke. Unfixable- and because we didn't want to hassle of stuffing and schlepping back the broken set for return, we are out the cost of the dive set. Buyer beware- the set was a total waste of money for us.

I bought 2 of these. One of the face masks wasn't formed right below the nose piece... I didn't try to return it because I didn't have time before our Hawaii trip, so just bought another mask at a local store. Other than that, everything else was nice.

I purchased this item though I read the poor reviews. I thought maybe other factors contributed to the product breaking for those who had purchased it and reviewed it poorly. After-all things can happen on vacation, or when you're out in the ocean snorkeling that can cause things to break or writing to smear. I opened and inspected the product as soon as it arrived at my door, knowing by the time I got to Mexico it'd be too late if it broke during our snorkeling adventure. Sure enough, The goggles broke the minute i tried to put them on. The side plastic snapped, the pin broken and could not be fixed nor found! The US Divers logo was also easily smudged. It looks as if it'd be refurbished and resold. Very poor product. Do not purchase!

I’m sure the product will work fine. However it appears I was sent a used product.... Upon opening it today, the mouthpiece is filthy (as shown in the photo). Glad I noticed that before trying it out. There’s also some weird kind of grease inside as well as on one of the fins. They’re a little scratched as well. I have no time to return the product, thus there will be some major cleaning and disinfecting going on. Would really appreciate it if Amazon or US Divers would reach out and issue a full or partial refund on account of receiving a used and dirty product.

Bought these for my trip to Belize. The mask never fogged, the fins fit great (women's size 8 foot) and the snorkel kept unwanted water out. I would recommend these for any recreational water sports. Oh, and it is nice to have your own gear when traveling (I really don't like using other mouth gear) and these were a great price.

I took this set to Tahiti recently only to discover the breathing mechanism leaked. I got a mouth full of sea water each time I submerged my head to snorkel. I bought another set on Bora Bora and returned this set upon return to the U S. Amazon tried to charge me a restocking fee, but when I questioned about restocking a defective item, they refunded me the full purchase price.
