These Toyota wheel lug nuts are excellent because they have special features that make them very strong and durable. They also come with a coating that prevents the screw from rusting, which is a great advantage for their lifespan. In addition, they include a very practical washer that helps prevent damage to the wheel hole. Overall, I consider them very good—truly a great deal.

After recently installing my second set of these (first set were on for 10 years and the coating held up well considering the number of removal and installations both by hand and impact wrench) I decided to try a method I came across on the internet. It's the use of a plastic sandwich bag inside of the socket. Torqueing by hand to 90 ft-lbs I found that a 1 qt freezer bag worked well. The plastic was thick enough to allow multiple nuts to be tightened before wearing through. The regular sandwich size zip-loc plastic was thinner and didn't hold up as well. I used a 19mm deep chrome socket and it was a snug fit which was nice. I just today checked torque/re-torqued the new nuts after 150 miles and couldn't see any marks on the black coating. They still look new. Success!

I'm giving five stars because these look good and I got great service from the manufacturer when I had to return them. My complaint is with Amazon not the mfr. I relied on the banner on the top of the page that said they would fit my 2008 Volvo S40 (afflicted with the famous "swollen nuts"). Thread size is right but they are much too narrow (see the measured diagram that says .90 diameter of the cone. These would punch right thru the mounting hole in my wheels. So you have to measure that diameter too. See photos.

Fit well and looked good. After 8 months on the car they’re pretty rusty and the chrome is lifting off. Never used an impact wrench on them always hand tighten and torqued. Don’t recommend I have other chrome lugs that are 18 years old that look better!

this brand is decent compared to others, seen them at Canadian tires. replacing few of my old ones from 3 yrs ago, i guess this time i over torqued with my impact wrench causing the cap to come off.

These fit my car perfectly. They were tightened by hand first and then with pneumatic impact wrench, and then torqued to correct spec. I was nervous that the black coating with scratch off completely by the socket, but that wasn't the case, even with the impact wrench. Though, there were some scruff marks. Might be better off without the impact wrench. The acorn style looks good too. Will definitely get these again for future cars. I hope the quality continues to be decent. Update 2023: these have been in use for a full year and tires changed out twice. They still look great. Threads aren't stripped. Some reviews have mentioned the top coming off but mine are still present; sucks that they might had gotten the bad batch. The price has increased a lot, by 54%. Not sure if I'd get them again because of that.
