around 3 dozen muffins, or 4 9x9 pans. we add about 3 tablespoons of sugar. I wish it was a 5# bag for the price.

When using this at high altitudes do you have to make adjustments?

So far I haven't had to make adjustments to this all though I do have to make adjustments when I bake a regular cake!!
