Do they come in 2 separate bags or 1 larger one for storage?

The jacket folds into a pocket for storage. There is no bag for the trousers.

Do you actually have size 2 years. Brought one and youve sent 3-4 which weve already got but need a smaller size

We do have the 2 yr old suits. I cannot see an order from you. If you contact us under the order number then we can get the matter sorted.

Is this padded at all to keep you warm?

No it's not padded. It's a waterproof shell. Would need a fleece or hoodie underneath if the weather is cold.

Is this also windproof?

It seems to be yes. My daughter has had it a while now and it's always been good in wind and rain.
