The instructions did not say anything about loosening the set screws to allow the fan to rotate.The remote is bulky and cheaply made.That being said, I still think this will be a great fan on my screened porch.

Fan doesn’t work
Customer service is not good. Not support on problem with fan. Beware and do not use this product. The inside of this fan literally fell out on the floor. Over 30 days now and no one with this company will respond with a solution.

Unique
This fan is so unique and impressive that it makes my bedroom special. It turns as it fans and reaches every part of my room, it’s quiet. I forget it’s on. My bedroom is beautiful!!

Nice fan but does not work as advertised
Love the fan but will not rotate consistently. Works for about 5 minutes and the stops rotating. Have to “help” it turn and then it works for awhile. For the price I should not have this kind of issue.

Absolute 5 stars!
The media could not be loaded. So easy to install! Had a couple of customer service questions and company handled everything beautifully. Love the remote! Fan completely takes care of entire room! Highly recommend!
