Nutri-Vet Enzymatic Dog Toothpaste, Dog Dental, Chicken Flavor, 2.5oz

I got.a great price on this toothpaste for my dogs. I usually go to the pet store to buy this but I now have it on a subscription so I don't have to worry about running out. It seems to work well on my 2 dogs and they like the taste. Their teeth seem to holding up with this enzymatic paste.

I have tried a lot of toothpaste for my pekingese and none of them can touch this brand - I have been brushing my dogs teeth for 1 week and I noticed it has loosen the plaque on her teeth - today I added it to a inexpensive oral-b pro 100 power toothbrush I purchased for under $20 and thought it would be a struggle to use on my dog but to my surprise she actually enjoyed it . I wish I would have documented the past week with photos but I did not think I would be writing a review . I have a new respect for this brand toothpaste -Nutri vet enzymatic Toothpaste definitely removed 6 years of build up and plaque from my dogs teeth - it softened the plaque up so much that today I was able to use my fingernail to pop off a couple big chunks on the back teeth - wow is all I could say . Worth the purchase - do yourself a favor and buy one of the toothbrush that has bristles all the way around the tip of the handle . I did add the two brushes I used with this product as my photo for this review . These are before and after photos of just 1week of using this toothpaste . Amazing results

Used it doesn't really help with the bad breathe smell ! But my dogs seem to like the taste of it!

Dogs seem to love this flavor. Was tired of the the chicken flavored toothpaste we had so I thought I’d give it a try.

My dog mango tango had pretty bad breath and noticeable tartar on her teeth (she has consistent issues with it) and I've noticed that with just a couple times of using this toothpaste it's helped her breath and the tartar!! This could obviously be how long I brush her teeth (around 5 minutes each session since she gets stressed easily) and with what I brush her teeth with (it's just a regular dog toothbrush)!! However she hates the flavor (or lack thereof maybe), so it's hard to get her to sit still for sure!! Overall this toothpaste is very wonderful!! But flavor (for my dog at least) is a no on her part!! But I just want her to be healthy, happy, pain free, and not smell so bad!! So I think (as a human) it's pretty good!!

Works dog doesn’t mind

My dog's aunt lost two of her teeth because her parents waited too long for a tooth cleaning. So I overcame my fear, and had my dog's teeth cleaned. The vet said that would have to be repeated if I don't brush Pookie's teeth, so I started. To my astonishment, she likes this toothpaste (chicken flavor) so much that she looks forward to every evening's brushing. She's added "brush your teeth" to her vocabulary, and when she hears that she runs to the spot where we get that done. She doesn't like my wiping her muzzle off with a wet paper towel, but if I don't manage it the toothpaste dries stiff on some of her whiskers. Anyway, her teeth look very WHITE. I'm hoping she will never have to be put under again for a tooth cleaning. This stuff is great!

I found out after a few vet visits, and blood tests, that I've been slowly poisoning my small dog for the last year that I've been brushing his teeth with this toothpaste. There are toxic ingredients in this toothpaste (Sorbitol, sodium benzoate, titanium dioxide, etc.) Not to mention, I found out it's MADE IN CHINA. God knows what's really in it. I researched other dog toothpaste, hoping to buy another brand, but I found that all the other brands I looked into, all had sorbitol and toxic ingredients. Read the ingredients and know which ingredients are not to be used with a pet. And, most of all, DON'T buy anything for your pet that is made in China. Just use an ELECTRIC toothbrush. It works wonders. Amazing results. Much better than regular toothbrushes. I'm waiting to get the results of more blood tests and urine tests that were done on my dog. His liver and kidneys have been affected. This better not have done permanent damage to him. My dog is everything to me. I do everything to take care of him, and to think I've been slowly poisoning him with this the last year, just kills me.

Nutri Vet Pet Nv Enzymatic Toothpaste 2.5 Oz I bought this to try on my 2 1/2 lbs dog's teeth and he does not mind the taste at all making brushing his teeth much easier and it works great, I will purchase more when I run out as it is lasting me a long time because I have such a small dog.

Like the texture of the toothpaste. Clean teeth well.

Arrived on time. Dog likes the flavour.

It works as a toothpaste but my dog does not like the flavor. We tried at least 5 different brands before and he loved all of them, kept going back to lick the toothbrush but this one… he just turns his head when he smells it. Not sure what it is but it does smell very strong.

Purchased this product and was surprised how our two dogs didn't object to it. Must be the chicken flavour.
