All I can say is WOW. This is a VERY high quality and well constructed log bed. My wife found this bed and I liked the look of it. I was skeptical that despite the name it may not be made in Montana. We grew up in that area and wanted something authentic. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised when it shipped from a small town in Montana and I was able to watch videos of their operation. Delivery took quite awhile and as you can imagine with a king log bed weighing several hundred pounds required arrangements to be made so we could be there and have it left in driveway or garage.We had to take it upstairs and I am glad my wife is a strong gal because the headboard is very heavy for 2 people to go upstairs. Assembly was fairly easy but does require ribbed metal sleeves to be pounded in to pre-drilled holes. I was fortunate that I was able to find an adapter for my cordless hammer drill and use a socket with it other wise 8 - 5" +- lag screws would have been a lot of work hand driving them. Not to mention I felt like a Nascar pit crew tire changer which was fun for me.All in all we love the look, construction, authentic Montana logs, and assembly of the bed. Ours has a look of beetle kill which I love and does not effect it structurally. It did only come with only 3 cross bars for the mattress to sit on so I bought an additional 3 - 2 x 4s and cut them to length. We placed ours on this from Amazon: Zinus 7.5 Inch High Profile BiFold Box Spring / Folding Mattress Foundation / Strong Steel structure / No assembly required, Split King. Also a very nice product. We purchased a Tuft and Needle mattress and for roughly $2000 ended up with a beautiful and comfortable setup. I would highly recommend this log bed to anyone. In fact I already have.

Terrible attention to the customer in delivery process. Unreliable delivery schedule. Missed initial delivery date and was rescheduled several times, and in the process it was transferred from one vehicle to another. By the time it arrived the shipment was loose in the back of the truck and looked banged up with evidence of mishandling. Driver refused to go down the driveway and would not deliver to front door as agreed. I had to transfer the headboard, footboard and sideboards to my pick up truck and unload myself. Assembly process not as easy as portrayed in the product listing. The bed is not completed and assembled at factory and checked for proper fitting of parts. The factory throws a headboard, a footboard, side boards and hardware in a package for the customer to find out if they all fit together. The assembly system is far from perfect, and the finished product is a less than perfect. I used the supplied bolts in the pre-drilled holes in accordance with the instructions supplied by the manufacturer, and any alignment of the side boards is purely coincidental. Rather than a real rustic pine bed, you end up with a kit based look a like. Like an Ikea bed with pine logs. The only good thing about the whole thing is that at least I did not pay the hefty full price for it. If you want a real rustic pine bed, look for something else.

Worth the wait! Love the bed! Husband said it was really easy to put together. It’s a wonderful quality and we love it at our cabin! If you’re hesitant about ordering this I highly recommend this company and this piece of furniture!!! Thank you so much for our new king bed

We bought this king bed to replace our queen log bed and all we can say is WOW! Bed is gorgeous and very heavy. Shipping was a nightmare, freight company called twice to schedule delivery and didn’t show up. After multiple calls to Amazon and freight company we finally got our bed 31 days later. Bed is made and shipped from Montana and we live in Northern Nevada; literally 14 hrs away! Amazon was amazing when we called; however the freight company was less than truthful.We read previous reviews before and also added extra boards to support serta low profile box springs and mattress.We absolutely love this bed!
