Awesome product, very good quality. Highly recommend grilled cheese/panini maker! This product is a great way to step up your sandwich game. The bread toasts nicely and cheese gets melty. One thing I found was that it's important to buy bread that is about the same size as the press. If the slice is too big and is falling out of the side, it can burn so you have to either cut it off or tuck it inside before you close the clamp.

I was soooo excited to received my bawloo.... my grandma has been using hers since she was a newly wed and was passed down to my mother. That one, makes the most LEGENDARY hot sandwiches. It was my best friend. Now this one... the material isn’t the same. My grandmas one is a stainless steel and this one was coated with Teflon... yikes. It just doesn’t make THAT same hot sandwich.. so disappointed. Obviously, I should’ve read what the material was before purchasing but My mother isn’t ready to pass the one she has onto me yet so i decided to get my own. Yes it’s easy to clean...... cos it’s a nonstick / Teflon but... Teflon coatings are bad for you and I don’t know if I’ll be using this anymore.

My friend said she likes it, and she can tell the quality is good. It was a great find, unique gift on amazon.
