Works very well. My daughter just got her knotless braids done for back to school and when we got out of the pool, everything was completely dry, except a few spots of her edges. That’s the only reason I said 4 stars instead of 5. The fit is great for my 8 almost 9 yr old, she said it’s comfortable, material seems to be good, and the elasticity is great! This shower cap is impressive. My daughter has beads in her natural hair, and using this cap protected her hair from the pool. Her hair was not wet from going into the pool for her 45-minute swim lessons. I had enough room to tuck her long braids in and out of the way. There was so much room left that I think it will work when her hair is out and fluffy! It was perfect. I would recommend this swim cap for girls who have a lot of hair that needs to be protected from the water when swimming.

This is a really good swim hat, it's has a thick material that does not bunch up when you try to put it on, it's easy to put on and is nice and specious, perfect for tucking in long hair and braids. Great for all hair types.

What’s not to like about this swimming cap,it’s very stretchy,covers all hair and ears. It’s water resistant,very thick but like,l bought it for my 4 year old daughter,she loves it a lot
