Brilliant works really well. Very pleased

Although it works ok. It does not lift dirt and says not to wash item first. I had to then spot wash the dirty parts of the coat. Another item I pre-washed dried and then washed with this stuff and it worked well.

Bought this product for my Fjallraven anorak. Didn’t want to wax it. Been there done that didn’t like it. Washed my anorak in a very mild non bio and let it almost dry . Then I washed again on a 30 degree cycle using double the recommended amount. Simply because my Anorak No8 is a particularly big piece of gear. Hung on a hanger indoors until dry. Tested by pouring water from a jug. The water just rolled off like you would expect a new waterproof jacket to behave. It looked impressive but obviously this wasn’t an outdoor heavy rain test. I’ll be trying that out at the next opportunity I get. But it looks promising.

Good for revitalising garments.

I used this to protect a 3/4 length cotton coat. With my first attempt, following the machine wash instructions, the process failed to waterproof the item. With my second attempt I pre-soaked the coat in a mix of water and the 3 times the recommend amount of product, and then machine washed the coat with another 2 cap fulls of the product. The second attempt was successful and my cotton coat is now waterproof. I would like to give 5 stars, as being able to waterproof something at this price is amazing, but I have to drop 1 star for this problem with the instructions that I encountered.
