Great Selenium. I take 5 capsules a day along with Dulse. The combination of these & collagen has improved my vision in 2 weeks. I went from wearing contacts back to perfect vision. After reading a study about selenium yeast and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 1 (CIN-1), I started taking this. My followup test results 6-months later were negative. Whether this was the natural progression of CIN-1 or the selenium yeast, I'll never know, but I'll keep taking this for the remainder of my life.
