Great priced replacement for my hydraulic Bennett system
I had a Bennett hydraulic pump system on my boat that had failed. I bought this kit and it was a drop in replacement. All items required were included. Two actuators, brackets, and bolts. Some jumpers were included for wiring but I did not need them. You are required to re-use the bottom brackets that mount to the existing trim tabs, but the kit includes new retainer pins if needed. The existing hole in the transom from your fluid lines is sealed with a rubber compression gromet on the back of the upper bracket. This works well. I had an existing four wire connector on the inside where the old pump was located. Red/blue/yellow/green and a separate power/ground wire I no longer needed. I cut the pump side connector to re-use to connect directly to both the actuators (wht/blk pairs), Make sure you shrink wrap the wires to prevent corrosion. I also re-used a dual switch I had up on the dash but re-wired according to the attached diagram I found on internet. This was a fairly easy installation, the first actuator took some extra time to figure out but the second actuator installed in 5-10 minutes. One note: The kit states that your old Bennett system must be "4 ring" to work. This can be identified by how many rings are around your old actuators. Right on the cylinders there are 3 or 4 rings. I had 4 rings and it was plug and play.

Installing lenco actuator
What iblike about it is that it was a easiest thing to do, no cutting grinding or anything else, just take the old ones out and put the new one back on, hassle free 😉

Easy Retro fit
I had added Lenco Trim tabs to my last boat and was pleased with their performance. My current boat, bought used, came with Bennet hydraulic tabs. I quickly realized how much I missed my Lenco Electric tabs. The quickness and ease of adjustment of the Lenco actuators is far superior. The instructions provided for the swap were easy to follow and used the existing wire from the Bennet pump. Definitely purchase the Lenco switch panel that has light up indicators.

Way better price than your local marine store.
Used this to replace original Lenco trim actuators and have held up as expected so far....extremely easy to remove and re-install. The only issue I had was I wound up re-using the existing transom nylon brackets due to the new ones being slightly narrow and not allowing the actuator knob to slide in, so make sure you either keep your existing mounting hardware for a retrofit or confirm that the new mounts will work for your application....other than that installation was a breeze.
