Work well for homebrewing
These wrked well, and good value for money. I've seen some reviews state that these did not seal. I can only expect that the people saying these caps did not seal well either didn't cap their bottles right or didnt mix their priming sugar well. These caps worked just fine capping 48 bottles of homebrew.

works great.
I bought these to use with a home brew kit with a pretty standard bottle capper. Love themAlso great for those times when you opened a beer you werent quite willing, or able, to finish. I press a cap on and its good as new for tomorrow.I dont knotice a lot of misshapening when i press them on and seem to hold very well.

non O2 absorbing caps are equally as good for someone considering dipping caps in a sanitzing solution ...
Caps does what is designed to do. Keeps the CO2 tight and leak free upon capping for prolonged period of time. Only reason i gave 4 start is that i recently read from a some article advising that O2 absorbing caps works as claimed; but, that capcity only lasts very briefly. By the time caps are sanitized (soaked in sanitize solution), O2 aborbing function is far gone when it's time for capping. So, non O2 absorbing caps are equally as good for someone considering dipping caps in a sanitzing solution prior to capping to save some $$.

Bottles sealed, beer carbonated
Usually buy caps at my local brew supply store. They sell a half pack of 72 caps for 2.99. I brew in five gallon batches, so each pack lasts about one and a half batches of brew. The last pack of caps was defective, they looked and seemed fine, but none of the bottles I used them on pressurized/carbonated. Other bottles from the same brew batch that got caps from a different pack carbonated just fine, so it wasn't a bad ferment or anything. Anyway, that made me a bit leery of buying caps from them. Found these on Amazon, and the last two batches have carbonated just fine. Need to order some more, have another batch almost ready for bottling!

great for home brewing
I used these to cap my first batch of bottle primed beer. They were easy to put on the bottles, and they held the carbonation very well.

caps were well bottle caps
These are the first bottle caps I have used, they arrived quickly and to my limited knowledge worked just fine, I did find out though you do not need these unless you plan to store your beverage for a very long time, just regular caps will work fine for home brews that you will consume withing a few weeks of bottling.the only one neg and I do not think it was the caps is they didn't work on green bottles that come from Holland, or it was my capper?
