Is this good during airplane travel or is it too big?

There are two metal containers, one for the cards and one for the wood pieces. Card container is slightly bigger than a deck of playing cards and the other is about the size of a thin, normal thickness paperback book. The size would would be fine for travel, you only need a flat surface to use the puzzle.
