Arrived on time, with all the tasty matzo "boards" intact and unbroken
This whole wheat matzo comes well packaged in airtight plastic wrap, so it tastes fresh - and has good flavor and crispness. It is made completely of whole wheat flour, which gives it fiber, texture, and flavor. Each of the boards breaks into four nice-sized crackers, which are sturdy enough to smear with spreads such as peanut butter, cream cheese, or triangle cheese spread without breaking. The product is a bit pricey, costing $20 for three boxes that each contain 9 matzo boards. But considering that I eat only half a matzo board as a portion, I get 18 portions from each box, which gives me more value for my money and makes each box last longer. This matzo also works well for "fried matzo bry" when "frying" the pieces of matzo in a pan coated with a non-stick spray instead of oil - after softening the matzo by soaking it in hot water and then coating the softened pieces with raw egg.One last comment: Even when broken up, the pieces of this whole wheat matzo are too stiff to put into a food processor to make matzo meal crumbs without damaging the machine. For this reason, I had to buy pre-made matzo meal made from regular white matzo - because there was no whole wheat matzo meal available for purchase.

realize you're only getting 10oz in each box
It's wheat flour & water, so not too much to consider. I believe my 3-pack arrived intact, but if not, I can't put an entire piece in my mouth at one anyway & need to break it up to eat, so if the pieces were broken (though not to just crumbs) it'd be OK as I'll do it anyway. There isn't much to do with matzoh so this is fine. I prefer the whole wheat variety to eat out-of-the-box and I use the plain (regular) variety for fried matzoh. Like their macaroons, I'd prefer a larger package than the measly 10 oz. I guess they figure they save two ounces this way instead of selling me two 16oz boxes. I also think they should consider a "Hasidic" size for households that need to buy more, like a 24oz box. Larger packaging saves packaging waste.

Acquired taste
I really like whole wheat matzo. It is very healthy. Just two ingredients; whole wheat flour and water. I break a sheet of matzo into quarters and put on different toppings such as cream cheese, farmer cheese, hummus, egg salad, tuna salad, etc. Of course, not at the same time. I think matzo is an acquired taste. Some of my friends have avoid it during Passover. I eat it all year round usually for lunch.

MY GO-TO SNACK
I have these in the afternoon. Very natural, wholesome taste, devoid of salt and sugar. I use sugar free jam on top, and feel no guilt, just crunch and candy-like topping. I have purchased these three times so far, and packaging and quality have been consistent.

Nice and crunchy
These whole wheat matzos are especially firm and crunchy--a bit more so than the Yehuda brand. They also have a bit of nutty-sweet taste from the whole wheat flour. The price is right, too.
