I didn’t expect to like this nearly as much as I do, but this has become my all-time favorite cutting surface. Easy to clean, great to cut on, and I love that I can pick it up and carry it to the soup pot and it’s flexible enough to bend and shake the cut veggies into the pot. Been using it for months and not seeing any cut marks yet, either.

I've been cutting on these for about a month and they clean easily and aren't showing wear. I've put them in the dishwasher and they're fine. I like them better than my old plastic cutting mats.

These very expensive cutting boards were bought to complement the 3 EXVI silicone boards I bought on December 1 last year. The EXVIs were almost exactly the same price as this set, but were a set of 3 extra-large boards, essentially all the same size as the largest Liflicon board in the set I just received. I gave away two of the EXVI boards as Christmas gifts. The remaining board has performed extremely well, and shows no signs of wear or knife marks after almost 10 months of use.The Liflicon boards I received today are about half the thickness of the EXVI boards. I feel that this set is not very good value for money. I am sure that they will show all the attributes that I love in silicone boards, ie flexibility, heat resistance, easy cleaning in dishwasher, no jarring sensation while chopping, no knife scars.... But they cannot be as durable, since half as much raw material has gone into their manufature.Why am I not simply buying the EXVI boards again? Because they are now unavailable, and it is so frustrating to know that there are cheaper and better products out there somewhere, just not on Amazon.

I was so excited to buy new cutting boards. It has been decades and after reading the reviews these seemed like exactly what I was looking for. I hoped they would remain sturdy and would be thick. The pros are that the colors are vibrant and the two different textured work surfaces are great for maintaining no-slip status. The board is indeed a thick slab of silicone, and I loved them right out of the box. The con is that my knives cut right through the silicone within a week of use. We are not butchers, or professional chefs, who are regularly hacking away at meat and vegetables. So the fact that that these silicone mats now have deep lacerations in them that nearly cut through to the other side of the mat means that they are not going to be easy to clean ... the cuts will be a cesspool for germs. These were expensive mats so I am deeply disappointed that they did to work out and am hesitant to give a second pair a try. My previous cutting boards were also made of silicone and did not have knife lacerations on them even after 10 years of use.
