Had black ants in various places in my house -- wife hates bugs and is a bit of a clean freak, so we tried a few products that worked to some degree, but Terro really kills them quickly and they seemed to have stayed away for at least this month. Hope this continues!!

This stuff is really toxic according to the instructions. Use it as a last resort. I found it takes 3 or 4 days to kill wood borrers. A bit frustating when you have 20 or 30 drilling holes in your house. Also, application is difficult. You have to put the tube in the hole the bee made and give it a shot. The can needs to be held upright wich requires the tube to be bent up into the bee hole. This requires two hands with no more hands left to hang onto a ladder. Also, you need face protection because the foam can and does blow back in your face. Surface spraying does not seem to work as well or at all. With all that said, the stuff DOES work. It goes a long way if you are just giving a little shot in each hole. I would give it five stars if it were easier to apply and worked faster.
