Awakening the Third Eye: Discovering the True Essence of Recapitulation Paperback – December 30, 2010

I first stumbled upon Lujan's work in 2012 with The Art of Stalking Parallel Perception. A friend gifted it to me saying that my long awaited patience would pay off in knowing about Lujan Matus' work. I was struck by the cover and the graphics that called to my heart and intuitive side. What followed after joining the newsletter where glyphs that were sent to me via email. Again, heart resonance and knowing occurred as I worked with the glyphs for several months, in dreams and the waking state. I was drawn to this book, Awakening The Third Eye, prior to ordering Whisperings of the Dragon and listening to Shadows in the Twilight. My deepest sense is that dreams that began in 2010, after the birth of our daughter were pointing me in the direction of Lujan's work. I share all of this because if a reader allows themselves to really marinate in the heart intelligence shared in these books, you will find yourself deeply transformed. Lujan brought clarity to a one-time meditation experience I had in an Arizona desert when I opened my eyes to find myself surrounded by blue light. I never had context for that experience although ancient wisdom traditions speak of it often. This book really helped support the non-material/non-linear states of experience into the physical/material aspects of life. The universe is always "winking" at us in various ways if we are attuning our heart-based consciousness to methods that enhance our experiences to waking life. I am deeply grateful for this transformative book, the exercises held within it that helped me put some puzzle pieces together about moving again from an attached and fixated perception into the subtleties I have known since my childhood.*above photo credit to the Cosmic Joker, Art Affecting Consciousness

One becomes thoroughly excited absorbing the magic emanating off the pages, from the words, to the back-round images, and even the paper itself seems to transmit wisps of awakening energies. I bought this book to learn more about recapitulation, which is a subject I have read several books on. The way this book was written, however, made it useless in regards to getting any useful information from it. The author just talks in circles and seems to be more concerned with showing off his extensive vocabulary than actually making sense. The result is just a word salad with a few "spiritual" phrases sprinkled in. I hate to leave a negative review but I want to save others from going through what I just went through reading this book and hoping that somewhere in it, there would be some useful information that would make it worth the trouble.

When I started these techniques , immediately my circumstances mysteriously changed , and then on further practices relating to the gazing I began to see blue like liquid everywhere in the darkness, also fibres of light , and also I recognise it is beyond this phenomenon, awakening to the blue spectrum of light as it is explained within.And seeing the world differently for sure , with awakened choice to see differently and act from heart .I think I have stepped through a blue door, it is a chance to wake up to what is going on around us and be in a doing which comes from a better part of ourselves .

Lujan Matus is a genuine voice of Truth in the world today. What is so valuable about this particular book is that Lujan shares practical techniques that have the power to profoundly enhance one's awareness. Having personally practiced many of these techniques for over two years, I can attest to their validity, simplicity, and effectiveness. This book is an invitation to take action, and its contents have been an invaluable resource on my own journey and re-discovery. I would wholeheartedly recommend this book to anybody looking to live an authentic life; rather than one pre-defined and confined by what has been socially laid out.

Well, after many decades we finally get a 'New Age' book with exact techniques and descriptions. The most outstanding part is that they actually work! I started reading this book about a month ago and have seen some tremendous things in this short lapse of time. I always thought I would require Don Juan to get me to see, but with the written word of Lujan Matus, I was able to do it by myself.

this book is changing my life for the better. So much wisdom so much wisdom and it all vibrates within. Truth. Lots of truth. I can leave home without this book, I need to read n reread chapters n I learn more. It's very accesible and the format and organization of the book is great, especially for people with learning disabilities such as myself.

Lujan offers invaluable insight into how to recognize and develop your own relationships with the magic faculty of the third eye seeing and ways to integrate that into daily life practices💜

Great book

Lujan Matus discribes in high clarity gazing practices for awakening the third eye capacity and guides you through the process. Also he answers questions of his students, which help to get a deeper understanding.

Thoroughly enjoyable and with no problems thankyou

I found this book very difficult to get into. I have read other books on this topic with much better clarity and clear instructions on how to awaken the third eye
