Bought as present, MSI GS65 Stealth-483 15.6" Gaming Laptop, 240Hz Display, Thin Bezel, Intel Core i7-9750H, NVIDIA GeForce RTX2060 makes my daughter very happy. Arrived in few days, this laptop is thin, light and stylish. The performances are great, even if it is not the top. Till now, no problems (cross fingers). Appreciate the possibility to pay for it in five monthly tranches. Thank you

Had it for about a month and the native software is incompatible with some video games which is causing latency and disconnection issues. Some I've been able to solve, others I've yet to. Battery life is nothing spectacular. For a laptop this expensive, I expected better.

I have only had this laptop since 4/3. The laptop was amazing to use for two days, everything was good. The structural integrity is much better than it was for the 2018 model. The bloatware is typical but not unexpected or hard to get rid of. However, I experienced an issue that has dampened my review.First, I noticed out of the box that the touchpad right and left click do not work. (Note, I am an IT so I know how to update drivers, troubleshoot, perform diagnostics, etc). I tried to update the drivers for the touchpad, as that seemed to be the issue at first. Nothing worked. So I contacted MSI's support and they confirmed that my issue was defective hardware. Rather than waiting a month for an RMA, it was suggested that I return the device and buy a new one, as a simple replacement would take a long time as well.I will update and change my review after receiving a new laptop.Edit: Updated because customer support was relatively helpful, even if directed to Amazon instead. New replacement laptop works wonderful and has no issues. If there wasn't the inconsistency in quality of the device it would be 5 stars.Edit 2: Keyboard seems to overheat or be fried. Some keys' lights are permanently red now. Not a huge con but should be noted. Seems consistent with other MSI Steel Series laptop keyboards.

Fast running, stout keyboard, runs fast and cool.. I've had the laptop for about a week and there is a line in the screen from where the keyboard recess is. Its a permanent mark... after only a week, so Its going to get a lot worse. The screen is definitely not very sturdy. If you keep something between the screen every time you close the laptop, or never close it you should be ok.. but.. I'm not sure I can keep it with a mark that quickly.

Great computer for gaming and for school work. Purchased for college student. Would recommend

For the most part this a great machine, but looses a star due to a very flimsy feeling screen, and annoyingly sensitive trackpad (even when tweaked).

This has been one of the most cursed products I have ever bought. The Killer Network Ethernet card is hot trash and will consistently get less download speeds than the wireless card does. The headphone jack has decided it wants to stop working. The performance is less impressive than my previous laptop despite the fact that it is supposed to have better hardware, especially when streaming. To say I am unimpressed is an understatement.
