It says unflavored and that’s what you get. That’s good by me since I mix it with other stuff and it doesn’t get in the way of those flavors. Good stuff

To reduce cravings for alcohol
I do not like to take drugs if I can solve the problem with healthy earing, exercise and/or supplements. This amino acid was recommended to me by an MD who practices alternative medicine instead of drugs for the recut ion of cravings. However it does not take cravings totally away. One still has to have some commitment to not drink alcohol

Good glutamine
Great product and good consistency. Some brands are very bad and clump together. I stick with only 3 brands now. I took off 1 star because the scoop was literally at the very bottom and was SO difficult to get out. I was losing my patience fairly quick.

Good absorption and budget friendly
I was in need of a restocking of glutamine and I came across this brand. I decided to give it a shot as the price was appropriate. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I would buy again.

Easy to use.
I put a scoop in my smoothies, as it can bother my stomach if taken alone. It can be a bit difficult to know how well a supplement is working, but I have had fewer digestive issues.
