Santa brought it for my daughter a few days before Christmas. This was her first Amelia book. She loves it. She’s in first grade and can’t read it just fine. Although sometimes she misses the joke. People dont talk like this anymore, so I have to explain it to her. But she still loves them as much as I did.

Definitely a cute and funny story for the little ones.

I love the Amelia Bedelia books. This is an especially favorite. Bought it many years ago for my kids. Recently bought it again for my granddaughters. For the past few years since my grands have helped me decorate the Christmas tree we started putting a mirror on the top of our tree - in the spirit of Amelia Bedelia! I highly recommend it.

I used to remember going to the library when I was little and getting these books. I soon now have told my son about them, about how Amelia is so silly and literal. We’ve read this book and he loves them!

This was my favorite book as a child. It brings back so many fond memories of going to the school library every year right before Christmas vacation so that I could take it with me and have it during the whole two weeks of Christmas break to myself. When I found it on amazon I just had to buy it. It was always hilarious how Amelia did everything all wrong and I always found it funny how she was left with instructions that were very vague, only in her mind of course. I remember always wondering how it was possible that she didnt know about Christmas decorations at her age because you would assume shes seen Christmas all her life. I am going to be graduating soon and start teaching, and I know that this is definitely going to be one of the books that I will be sharing with my students. I cant wait to read it to them and get to do it all over again!

We love Amelia Bedelia! This Christmas one was no exception. I do feel like some of the silly things she does and misinterprets are a bit of a stretch in this book more than most, however we still enjoy reading it together.I always wait until I have used an item for at least five days before reviewing it. I also try to come back and update my reviews as needed if something changes with the product and how I liked it. I hope that you find my review helpful when trying to make a decision whether or not to purchase an item.

My daughter and I love reading Amelia Bedelia books but I wish I had read this first as the ending has Mr. Rogers dressed as Santa which could be confusing to children.

Lovely book

We are big fans in this house, and this book doesn’t disappoint. Fun to read with kids as the humour is very literal. My 5 yo loves these books.

I bought this book to read with my Great Niece and Nephew this Christmas.I am very happy that I read the book prior to sharing it with them. My Great Niece is a borderline Santa believer and her brother who is a little younger is a huge Santa fan. I was surprised/shocked to see the illustrations of the "Santa" in the book. There is no doubt it is the gentleman of the house since he has a Santa suit on but no beard, and his mustache and face is unmistakable. Why would they do that in a children's book? Children are smart and would notice that in a heartbeat! I threw it in the garbage and was so happy I wasn't the one to ruin Christmas for two little children. If you purchase this book it had better be for a teenager or adult to read.
