this is THE BEST!
From my first bite as a child, I was addicted to anything coconut, and this is THE BEST!. I used to eat it right from the bag as a kid. I've tried other brands, but Baker's is unsurpassed for flavor and texture. It is tender, sweet, juicy and SO good! I do so miss the canned product they used to make and sell. (Baker's, please bring back the canned product.)

LOVE this coconut!
I love this coconut! I use it daily for baking for my business and it is by far the moistest one out there. Great price, and ships quick. The only downside to it, which did not merit a star loss, is that there are chemical preservatives added, which I'm not a fan of. But all the sweetened cocout products have it, so for now I'll stick with this!

Love the convenience.
Excellent product. Packed 9 of the bags into my luggage to use in Asia. Its super annoying to not be able to get some of the products you have become used to. Extremely convenient to get a whole case at once.

Delicious coconut flakes !
These packages were much cheaper from Amazon than buying them in the store, and the coconut flavor is delicious. They were just a little sweet to me, but I don't eat much sweet foods. I have used the coconut flakes in baking, and also really like it mixed in both hot cereal and cold cereal, and especially as an added ingredient in granola. I also use some of these flakes when I am making a smoothie, and it adds the wonderful coconut flavor to the smoothie, and sweetens it just a little bit at the same time. They are easy to store and come in bags that are just the right size.
