This Summer Bridge Activities workbook has been a great way to keep learning fun during the summer. My child enjoys the variety of activities, and I love that it covers so many subjects including math, phonics, science, social studies, writing, and even fitness activities. The lessons are short enough to keep my child engaged without feeling overwhelming, and the stickers and flash cards make it even more exciting. It’s a wonderful way to help prevent the summer learning slide while still feeling like fun rather than schoolwork. I highly recommend this workbook for any parent looking to keep their kindergartener learning and practicing important skills before first grade!

I have mixed feelings about this workbook. I wish I could give this 3.5 stars. Pros- All subjects are in 1 book. My son's school offers summer workbooks, but I would've had to buy 3 separate books to cover all the subject areas. This workbook contains all subjects in one book. I also like that there are encouraging rewards for the kids-there's a sticker the child puts on the page once it's completed, and there's a certificate you can fill out for your child once the workbook is completed. I've also found that the handwriting portions and simple math and reading exercises are a nice refresher for my son. Cons-My biggest complaint is that the workbook, if completed the way it's meant to be, provides only 20 days of summer activities. There are 3 subject areas, and each has 1 page of work per day for 20 days. My son's summer break is around 9 or 10 weeks and even though he doesn't complete work every day, I was nevertheless expecting much more than 20 days' worth of work. Next, I think that some of the material is very advanced for a soon-to-be first grader. My son can read very well, but the comprehension parts are literally paragraphs long, requiring me to read these parts to him. The English grammar material seems a bit advanced as well. My son has only completed 6 days of work so far and he's already been questioned on verb tenses and common vs. proper nouns. I think this is a bit advanced. The workbook also contains multi-step math problems in sentence form. If you're looking for a workbook that your child can do totally independently, this isn't it. I think that next summer, I'll try the books my son's school offers. I was looking for "refresher" work, but this workbook goes much further than that.

These are great for kids to do in the summer. The layout is awesome and kids are able to work independently on the pages!

Got these for summer so they can continue to learn so far my kindergartener going to Furst grade has enjoyed it

Já comprei outros da coleção e gosto bastante, nesse caso a criança precisa de auxílio para fazer.

Lo cogí como libro de actividades para hacer con mi hija en inglés. Llevamos 3 años y aún no lo hemos terminado. Ejercicios q van subiendo de nivel y van cambiando de tema. Recomiendo 100%

Dieses Workbook ist abwechslungsreicher, als man das von anderen Büchern dieser Art gewöhnt ist. Das Buch enthält nicht nur Worksheets, es sind auch Experimente erklärt, die man leicht mit den Kindern zusammen machen kann. Außerdem sind immer wieder zwischendurch kleine Sportübungen eingebaut, die meine beiden Söhne sehr lustig finden. Immer nach zwei Seiten wird das Kind mit einem Sticker belohnt. Wir sind begeistert!

We love this series, the flash cards and stickers work very well, I like that it's very goal oriented and this way very motivational for kids. My son enjoys doing his 'school preparations' though we don't do them on a daily basis. He has fun and learns something. We will use them every summer now. Can highly recommend!!
