So hot, Labuyo peppers! A little goes a long way.
This is too hot. I have to mix with unflavored vinegar 25-50% to avoid tummy issues.

Suka Pinakurat Sawsawan vinegar
Suka Pinakurat vinegar is the gold standard for vinegar dipping sauce in the Philippines.๐ต๐ญ It is a great dipping sauce for your grilled pork, shrimp ๐ค, or anything on a skewer (inasal). It is a bit spicy at first but the more you dip, the better it tastes. Try it! You only live once.
