Super product which met my expectations. When I opened the box I was a bit worried as there were two dents in the bottom warming tray, and some abrasions on the serving trays. However, they didn't seem to affect the heating. I wasn't sure how warm it would get, but on high it was enough to keep the food hot. My guests were impressed and it was very easy to use. I can see myself using this a lot.

You don't want to have food sitting out for too long at room temperature! I wish I had purchased this sooner since I do a lot of gathering and events at my place. The trays that come with this server are very useful and everything you need to keep things warmed. You also don't need to use the trays themselves, and can put items directly on the hot plate. For any regular entertainer who hosts dinner parties or events at their house, I can't recommend this enough.

This works great for parties. Keeps the food warm. Price is great for what you get.

I bought this for Thanksgiving because I got tired of the sternos. It is descent but definitely on the cheaper side & very flimsy. It heated up fine & served the purpose. Will keep and use for family gatherings and hopefully it will last.

I'll update if anything changes but christmas dinner was a big hit! I kept checking my counters to make sure they didn't get too hot and the medium high setting didn't even warm my counters. I think some of the reviews that had ruined tables and counters must have had it on the highest setting for a really long time? If you are aware this can happen, you can avoid it. I bought 2 units and they both came in perfect condition. For the price, even if they only work for a couple dinners, it's worth it. I don't have to perfectly time all the food and i can clean up cooking pans and trays so dinner is seamless. And after they can just be put straight in the fridge. They make dinner less stressful for sure.

I used the 3 warming sections for previously cooked potatoes, green beans, and ham. It was placed on top of my counter. However, this warming tray destroyed my counter. We were careful to read Important Safeguards section and paid close attention to #20 which reads “during use, provide 4 to 6 inch airspace above, behind, and on both sides for the air circulation. Do not use on surfaces where heat may cause a problem.”In the past. I have put hot pans right out of the oven onto my countertop, without any issues. In the past, I used the toaster, electric frying pan, and crockpot, to actually cook in, on top of my counter, and never had an issue.This design needs to improve.There is no airspace underneath it.By using approximately 2 to 3 inch spacers/legs on the bottom, one at each of the corners, to lift it off the surface, would have avoided the issue I now have to deal with-which will be more costly than 4 spacers or legs. My countertop is ruined and will need replaced. It is impossible to cut out the ruined section (about 2 feet x 2 feet) and repair or replace that section of my resin countertop. As you can see in the picture above, my countertop swelled up and split. It is no longer a flat surface where the warming tray sat.

This is great I love it, I used it for a baby shower and it worked so well It kept everything at a good temperature,It holds a lot more than I thought it would, I think i will be use it a lot more just the right size,
