These Belly Dancing Pants have bell legs so they flutter. The material is nice and the stretch 1 full size which is very good. If your a petite you will find the pant to be longer and a bit higher in the waist, you can roll them down to go under the belly button. These are nice to pratice in. Do not use my listed sizing to determine your size.Review the companies stated sizing chart to determine your proper size.

The fabric is Lycra, but is more accurately described as what I like to call "Halloween fabric". That is, the sort of cheap, shiny black fabric that a lot of Halloween costumes are made of, such as vampire capes and witch dresses. Surprisingly, though, they aren't see-through (that I can tell immediately, anyway. I can't vouch for the opacity under strong lights).The problem with the fabric is that it is harshly unforgiving. Because it's so cheap and shiny is shows every bulge and crease. *Every* bulge and crease, ladies. This is with the black fabric, so I can only imagine how much more pronounced it would be with other colors.The only other (small) gripe I have if that the elastic waistband is thin, so if you aren't toned or have any softness around the hips you might get the "rubberband around a marshmallow" effect.That said, I do think these are a great deal for the price. Certainly they aren't performance quality, but they're good for just running drills. To hide the unforgiving-ness of the fabric I wore a hip scarf and that immediately made them look better. The legs flow beautifully and they're comfortable. I know these are a more dated look and have sort of fallen out of fashion but I think the way they move makes drilling and practicing a lot more fun.

First pair was pink, I ordered XL, got 2XL, but happy with them. Second pair was royal blue, they are XL, fit true to size for a 14-16. Price was really good and pants were nice, not top of the line material, but well worth the money. These pants will work for Bellydance class. It was nice to find a larger pair of pants that fit, instead of the oriental ones which are small. I hope they get other colors, will buy more. I did notice the black was more expensive?? I have spent a lot more on pants, but sometimes you want something that is reasonably priced. These pants hit all the marks, fit, price, style. They also need more colors in the larger sizes!

I love Miss Belly Dance products but I am not happy with these. I avoided buying on EBay because I was concerned about quality. The material is thin, the skirt is not the full wrap skirt that is attached and goes all the way around. Usually these skirts are full enough that if you let the drawstrings loose it covers front and back and then you can pull the strong on the sides. The skirt is only attached on one end, the string doesn't really work and the other side ties. It is attached by a thread. The tie isn't long and the skirt isn't adjustable. The skirt isn't big enough to cover if you have a larger tush and hips. It feels flimsy. Thick thighs save lives which is why we like these types of pants because the skirt covers your butt and top of thighs but this one does not. Length wise they were fine-I ordered a M/L. The color is great. I will wear them but I may have to wear my bike shorts under them.If you order know what to expect. If you are curvier go a size up so these won't feel like a large legging.

These are probably the best-fitting, inexpensive belly dance pants I've found. I'm 5'4" & 175# at the moment & the extra large fits me very well, like in the picture. However, I'm not sure these pants are opaque, though my husband said he couldn't see through them (in a dark-ish room), & the material is thin & rather shiny. So, I can't decide if I will keep them because their silhouette is very flattering & looks way better in dance class than boot cut yoga pants, or if I'm going to take the restocking fee hit & return them since what I really, really want are a real pair of Melodia pants from the actual Melodia (about $90).So, if you are in the mood for something inexpensive with a Tribal (design) or Cabaret (fabric & patina) look, you probably can't go wrong with these (unless you're above 5'6"). I'm still undecided about keeping them, but I probably will as the last Melodia knock-offs I got didn't last very long & the price is definitely right for these.

Hand down best pair of dance pants I ever bought! I am curvy and most dance pants don't tend to fit right, but these fit like a glove. Also come with stiched on hip scarf thag can be adjusted and tied. Looks very flattering. Sturdy fabric as well and beautiful color.

I ordered the pants in an XL and so they were just a little lose/big (5'5" 160 lbs). For me they also turned out a little long and they're dragging on the floor by appr. 1/2", I would rather they stop at the top of my foot, as to not to hinder movement and accidentally stepping on them and possibly tripping. Other than that, they're cute and the leg flares are quite large. I definitely have to tie them.

Im 5'7 155-159 (depending on the day :) I have a smaller waist and big booty and thighs and these fit so good!! Ive bought XL's from other sellers that should fit size 12-14, I wear a 10 and they were way too small....With these I have room to spare which is great because for dance, your clothes should be comfortable.I want to buy more, but they are out of black right now :( The purple are very pretty. I cant wait to get more.
