I mistook the mention of "Adhesive" as meaning that the sign itself was hung using adhesive. I now believe that they are talking about the adhesive used to laminate the sign. Has 4 holes to use for hanging. You will need your own hardware. Sign is sturdy metal with rounded edges. I think this will last a long time.
