Working great easy to install

It took some serious effort to get these curtains up. We spent most of a day fiddling with the track, motor, and tread to get it actually working. What was a major pain was integrating the wifi switch with the METechs and See Time Smart apps. Getting it to sync took many, many tries. The apps connectivity spotty, it is poorly labeled, and for some reason our accounts don't sync up with the login we need to use for google home. We have a working motorized curtain, but we specifically bought this to integrate with google assist. Reaching out to customer support was unhelpful, as their solution was to just try again with a different email. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this brand if you want to use with google home features.

We have 18' ceilings and an odd shaped window that is over 14' wide. I made linen (with lining) curtains that are very heavy add this automatic rod works perfectly. I have contacted this company a couple of times (because of lightning strike) and they answer the phone and emails promptly.

I purchased the c200 a few weeks ago, and I set it up on the floor to see if it works, as it would not be installed till this coming Saturday. I am using 2 10' cl200s with each 1 controlling one half of the wall. The install went pretty smoothly with me having to flip the brackets for single drape operation on each rail (instead of dual drapes on each rail), and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set the stops, and how it is pretty quiet. I am hoping to get a Insteon 2450 to work with these curtains. If not I am hoping that MeTech can assist me on what Insteon or Zwave product will work for me as I want to control via CQC Home Automation Software via Insteon or Zwave as I do not like IR. So far they have been very helpful, and I am sure I will be very happy with the product once we get it installed. BTW: someone earlier in the reviews said that these curtains would not work with grommet style curtains...this is incorrect, and MeTechs sells the clips to use on their website. I have these installed.
