I really like the flavor and ease of using this product. I didn't find any warnings about possible metal contamination, which I've seen regarding some cacaos. I have purchased this multiple times and would definitely recommend.

i am an occasional baker, my sis challenged me to make a black velvet cake, i accepted and this was the result! cake didn't last a day!!! if anyone decides to make this, i suggest using vanilla bean paste instead of vanilla extract, add it to your cream cheese icing, the way it was described by those whom partook in this goodness>>>it tastes luxurious!!! what i wanna know is when is going to be back in stock!!!

I have been looking for Black coco powder for a long time and I’m so glad I found this product! I have added this to my cupcakes when making them and it made such a difference! Not only did I love them so did everyone at the gathering I took them to. It helped to elevate the cupcakes is rich flavor. I look forward to trying this coco powder in other baked goods! I hope you too enjoy this product as much as I have! I also like that is organic, and allergen free since I have a lot of food sensitivities.

I wanted black cocoa for a cake. I was intrigued by the reviews of the flavor being similar to an Oreo. My usual is King Arthur flour black cocoa. I have not baked with this yet however I have been adding a couple teaspoons to my meal replacement shakes along with a little salt and some low carb sweetener so when made into a shake with ice it doesn’t lose flavor. WOW. It’s soooo good I have considered having one as a “dessert”. The cocoa makes all the difference. I have tried Hershey’s special dark cocoa in the shake for comparison. The weirdo black has an intense rounded flavor that somehow does not need heat to bring out the flavor. It’s fabulous and does have hints of Oreo. I will update when the cakes are reviewed. Highly recommend. New favorite cocoa.

I bought this to use as natural black dye for my frosting. It made the cupcakes a nice black color, but the frosting wouldn't turn black. Bummed, but it tasted great anyway! A little expensive, but happy it's organic and allergen free.

I've had other Dutch-processed coco, but this one is the best I've tried. The flavor it great! I will buy this again.
