Hi, he had plastic button eyes and the official Steiff metal fastener ‘button’ in his ear. It is only his mouth and nose that are embroidered. Hope this helps.

No gift box - teddy was wrapped well but I was disappointed it was not in branded gift box as it was a present

There is no actual joint between body and leg, the legs are floppy.
