The tablets are round, easy to swallow, and are a great value. Normally any kind of B Complex vitamin gives me indigestion, especially if taken on an empty stomach. This supplement, however, is prolonged release which I think aids in preventing indigestion.I like the idea of the prolonged-release tablet because you are not getting an immediate "shot" of the vitamins, but you are getting them over some time.

This is a quality Vitamin B complex. I've been taking them daily for about 2 and half months. My body can definitely tell the difference when I stopped taking them. (I stopped taking them for a week and I started feeling run down).I also noticed the quality of my sleep seems to be better when I take them at night before bed rather than in the morning.
