Been using, only when really needed for years.

This has been a huge help in training a large dog. Sadly I have to put this on him when I walk him in public because people don'tk now how to react around a St Bernard - I have to deal with people running at him when I walk him, then when he barks or jumps people think he's mean. He is not. He's so sweet and loving. I use the vibration for him to remind him to remain calm as adults allow their children to run at him. When he's in the back yard, I just show him the remote (collar on or off) he corrects his actions immediately. Battery life is good. The collar has to be charged every other day and the remote about every 3 days. I feel if you are training your pet, this is worth the money spent. It is extremely simple to use. The collar was large, I was able to cut it down to size. Training him with this collor has been so easy. My daughter has one for her GSD, she's had it for 6 years and it still works just as well as the day she bought it.

Haven’t started yet but looking forward to training our dog.

We originally got one of these for a single dog through our dog training class; but since we have two dogs, we eventually moved up to the dual controller with two separate collars of different colors paired with two sets of different color buttons. Has a great range, and is reliable and easy to use.

It worked well for a month. But after that it only vibrates, that’s it. The shock Hardly ever works. It’s been almost 7 months. Called them because of the warranty, the attendant said it might be because I have a husky and I should buy one with longer connectors. I told her no because the one month that worked well the shock really got my dog. So then she said I should send back to the repair store. I feel disappointed because I spent $200 on this e collar and it only worked for a month and now spend most part of the day in the charger

E collar has been invaluable for training our dog, but we had to be trained on how to set it up and use it properly - that's critical, because you're otherwise wasting your time and money, or worse, you may harm your dog! We found a trainer who knows how to use them, and our dog's training progress has been fantastic.

This product was recommended by my dog trainer.. it has helped our dog with behavior issues that otherwise wouldn't have been corrected on its own..
