Fits my 2003 Yamaha Big Bear 400. Had to use a few things off the old carburetor but didn't affect performance. The choke plunger seem to be a little different and I had to attach the grounding and electrical to the bottom.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. This carb was truly a plug and play. I had to turn the throttle adjustment 1/4 turn and that’s it. The quad started up perfectly. No need for modifications, just as good as OEM

Item came with casting defect near throttle housing covercarburetor alignment pen does not match cover already had carburetor installed will make repairs later

Installed this on a 2009 Yamaha grizzly 350. It had been sitting for 2 years, and the original carb had a leak. Once installed, the bike cranked right up. I did let it idle for about 10-15 min and made a very minor adjustment to the idle screw. The included hoses are a cheap material, but I used my original hoses with no issues. Still deserves a 5-star rating at this price point.

Kept on flooding not happy with it had to reset float replaced jets still JUNK INTERNAL VACUUM LEAK .

Worked fine out of the box just needed normal Idle and throttle cable adjustments. Great carb kit for the money would buy again.

perfect replacement, haven't installed it as yet but looks like it'll be a perfect fit from original, thank you 7/16/2026-Now that I have installed it want to add it is a great kit with spare jets and the little brass button that's so easy to lose for the throttle cable and upon installation worked perfectly with some minor adjust,=ments to idle speed.

Installed it and all I had to do is adjust the throttle. Runs great!

The carb was full of debreese from manufacturing once I cleaned it out installed a marked jet it ran phenomenally. Recommend rebuilding the carb befor instalation with a fuel filter installed.

Fit like the original Turned on the gas, turned on the ignition press the starter button and it was running needed to adjust the idle a little bit other than that everything was perfect with that carb. Fraction of the price of a new one from Yamaha

Bought this product about a year ago, now the bowl drain screw leaks constantly, can’t keep fuel in the bike. Very disappointed in this product. I guess you get what you pay for. OEM is the way to go it seems!!
