Wow, this thing is a beast! Seriously, its heavy duty. Its large, extremely durable, and heavy. I set this down (without any hardware or tape) inside my garage to help with parking and it has not budged in the several months I've had it. I am rarely impressed by most products these days as I usually find some aspects to be inferior or just stinking of cost cutting, but there was none of that here. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this thing survived being run over by an 18-wheeler, over and over again. The only warning I have for potential buyers is in regard to the off-gassing. I had this shipped to my office and made the mistake of unwrapping it (pesky curious co-workers wanted to know what monstrosity was in the extremely well packed delivery). I loaded it in my car (with the help of a half dozen strong men... did mention this thing is beastly?) and then suffered as the odor grew stronger the whole length of my commute. The smell in my car went away quickly, and the smell dissipated in my garage about a week after. No issues with odors since then, so just make sure you don't open this thing in your house or put it in your car immediately after opening the package.

Works good for me. Few reviewer mentioned that this product smells bad when it’s new. So, when I received it, I left it at outside for several days and moved it into my garage. No smell at all. After I placed the right location in my garage, I used “Clear Silicon” to seal this and concrete, and waited 24 hours. It attached to the concrete floor like rock.If I ever want to remove it, I can easily cut the silicon with a knife. Highly recommend.

About 10 years ago, I bought 2 of these to help my better-half's parking in our garage (it saved the front wall). Since then, we've used our garage for storage, and park outside. These have kept my garage door from being replaced several times, not only by my better-half, but by my daughter learning to drive. Now, they also protect the car/truck from hitting my trailer and damaging either.Why 3? Simple, I need one for when I park the trailer to keep it a safe distance from the building and one for each car/truck.These are nice and heavy. They do not need to be bolted/staked down on the driveway due to weight and friction. They don't move when you use them and don't hit them at 30mph. I've recommended these to a few family and friends as I really do love them that much.

I have a lifted Jeep with large 35in tires and this works great. My previous vehicle had front sensors so I have been worried about bumping into the garage shelving.It’s very stable and after a week of use the block has not moved at all (I marked with chalk to make sure).

Our garage is tight so I need the vehicles to be very specifically parked. This beast will do the job of letting you know when your car's front wheels are where they should be. I find that I do not need any adhesive; this thing stays put. And your car is NOT going to run over it inadvertently. A very good value. RJB.

We recently downsized to a new home which has a small garage. Our Toyota Camry fits with maybe a foot to spare. Of course we were worried about ramming the garage's back wall. But this curb is sturdy, rarely moves out of place and then only a tiny bit. I've traced the back edge on the floor using a black marker and can easily nudge the curb back in place with the tap of the foot. I wouldn't worry about the odor mentioned by some. Left the curb outdoors for a day and even though our garage is super insulated and has no windows, the smell hasn't been a problem.

MY wife and I both have these in our garage. We love them. They stay in place; no adhesive needed. They stop our vehicle where we want. Were so easy to install; just plop them down where you want them; nothing more to do. Would definetly buy them again.

Overall, this is great. It's a little shorter than expected. A standard SUV barley lines up both tires to it. And the bolts to secure it into concrete are larger than expected. They are like 1/2 or 3/4 inch. But it works well as a stop guide and barrier.
