Very nice watercolor brush. Holds a good amount of water, holds its point. The handle length is good for loose painting. I’m pleased with this purchase.

I am new to watercolor, and read these brushes were really good. I have bout 5 so far and am loving them. They hold a ton of water. Not really a ton but more than other brushes I have tried. I look forward to trying more sizes and shapes of brushes from this brand. These brushes hold their shape well. They are a little pricey but worth it in my opinion. I highly recommend them. It is true that the right brush can make all the difference in your painting.

I'm new to painting, but I've tried a variety of brushes at my local art class. When I treated myself to the Princeton, it was like wow, what a difference. It holds a point beautifully as well as holding a fair amount of water and paint

Arrived with the bristle protector having pinched and deformed several fibers. Taking the time to rinse and reapply a brush cleaner/preserver to reshape the tip for about a week did help to remind the wayward fibers to realign; the brush now performs in an acceptable manner. I would’ve liked the tip to express a more defined tip for a #6 round to give it more versatility and eliminate the need to carry an even smaller brush for detail work.

Best shipping of a watercolor brush ever! This Aqua elite Synthetic Angle brush has a straight cut edge, but the bristles are very soft. Hyatt’s Graphic Supply Co. taped it to a detailed invoice/receipt. This was rolled and taped with bubble wrap, and placed in a box w/bunched paper to fill empty spaces. Because it arrived in beautiful shape, it gives crisp, defined edges when watercoloring. Hurrah for Hyatt’s Supply and Princeton brushes.

Perfect, and thankfully arrived in excellent condition. I appreciated that protective sleeve on the brush.

My new favorite brush. I love how springy and yet how absorbent this brush is. Possibly my new favorite brush. I have Princeton heritage and Neptune and several other brushes from Hobby lobby and Escoda and Windsor Newton and black labeland black silver and many others. I really like the combination of flexible and firm yet soft and excellent paint and water retention. I love how it retains shape so well after several weeks of intensive usage. Easy to clean. Vegan. Very functional and an excellent value for the size brush and the brush quality.

The description given is new, but the brush i received is definitely used. There was no protective plastic cover, and there was no glue on the hair, which should always be there for new watercolor brushes.
