Red Jerusalem Artichoke Small Seed Tubers (Organic) - Winter Hardy Red Fuseau Variety (20 Tubers)

I bought these for guerilla gardening and trying to establish a wild population. I haven't had enough time to see that come to fruition in full, but what I can say is that they sprouted just fine and are showing much promise. I will try to remember to update with pictures at a better time.

Finally getting to do the review they grew great. smaller tubers than the white variation but they tasted amazing when roasted with salt pepper and garlic powder

These artichokes were easy to plant and grew to up to 10 feet for a few of my plants. They had beautiful small sunflowers near the end of their season. I just dug up my first bunch and they are delicious! Worth the wait as they have a long season

I was beginning to worry, but they came up this week! Time will tell how they taste! Looking forward to harvest time.
